I'm Amanda, a certified personal trainer, and I have over 6 years of personal experience with fitness. I have a post-graduate certification in Mental Health and Addictions and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child and Youth Care. I use a person-centered approach with all of my work, meaning that I take into consideration all of your previous and current life experiences, and how they affect your fitness and wellness goals. I am currently taking a nutrition and healthy eating coaching program, allowing me to further increase knowledge to help support you beyond just fitness.
