1:1 personal training sessions individualized to your goals. All sessions are held over zoom, and they are ideal if you are working out from home and looking for someone to keep you accountable during your workout. I place an emphasis on a positive body image, gaining confidence, moving in a way that is enjoyable to you, and a healthy relationship with food. I will be there to support, encourage and hold you accountable the entire way.
Before training begins, a full health assessment – including postural and strength assessments – is completed. We then complete your workout plan together, ensuring that you are involved every step of the way with your health. Also included with 1:1 personal training:
- A flexibility and mobility training program if needed
- Online weekly check ins and feedback
- 24/7 email support
- Meal and food suggestions
This program requires either a three or six month commitment so that you can reach your goals.

In this 8 week online program, you'll redefine the way you eat and take charge of your health in a supportive and structured environment. Each week we will be making changes to your diet to incorporate more nutrients, while learning about different topics such as portion control, meal prep tips, healthy snack and meal ideas, and so much more!
The focus of the program will be making changes that are manageable for your lifestyle and your goals. I place an emphasis on balancing proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and over the 8 week program you'll learn about why that is so important. Along with making active changes to your eating habits and learning different tips to help you do so, we will also be working on your mindset when it comes to healthy eating and different ways to think about health.
This program takes over zoom - each week we will be meeting online for 1 hour to discuss eating habits and changes, complete a new topic in regards to mindset towards healthy eating, and learning a new skill such as how to successfully set goals and accomplish them, or how to effectively grocery shop.
Before you begin the program, a health assessment and healthy eating assessment is completed to determine current nutrition and eating habits.
All workout programs can be created for a gym setting or home workouts.
